September 13th Competition

The Public Transport Authority in Krakow, together with the Municipal Transport Company S.A. in Krakow and the Krakow Railway Modellers' Club, invites passengers to take part in a special competition. The task for participants will be to visit all six termini from which historic vehicles will be departing on this day: Cichy Kącik, Dajwór, Krowodrza Górka P+R, Nowy Bieżanów P+R, Os. Na Stoku and TAURON Arena Kraków Wieczysta.

At the starting stop of each of these termini, a member of staff will be on duty, from whom participants can collect a free Travel Journal. The journals will also be distributed by the conductors on the historic vehicles (while stocks last). At each of the six locations, participants will receive a stamp featuring a Krakow tram or bus. Stamps will be available during the operating hours of the respective service (more precisely, from 15 minutes before the first scheduled departure until the last scheduled departure from the terminus). Once all six stamps have been collected, participants must report to the Cichy Kącik terminus (no later than 18:00). There, the competition committee will confirm that all the stamps have been collected by adding a special “Certificate” stamp and will present the participant with their prize. Each participant may collect stamps in only one Travel Journal.

The first 100 participants to present the competition committee with a Travel Journal correctly completed with all the required stamps will receive commemorative gifts for public transport enthusiasts, related to the operation of Krakow's public transport system.

Other participants with a complete Travel Journal will receive a gift prepared by the Public Transport Authority in Krakow, MPK S.A. in Krakow and the Krakow Railway Modellers' Club. The full competition rules are available on the following websites: ztp.krakow.pl, mpk.krakow.pl and krakow.pl.
